Sarah is the Business Development Manager and Registered Manager for two Candlelight Care branches. She is passionate about supporting staff, leading by example, and helping others reach their full potential. Sarah works to ensure Candlelight continues to grow while keeping clients and staff at the heart of every decision, delivering compassionate, high-quality care and support.

Mandy S.

Mandy has worked at Candlelight Care since 2005. She is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Corsley branch. Mandy’s role is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring the branch runs smoothly, meets performance targets, and delivers a high-quality service.

Mandy ensures that high standards of care are consistently maintained, managing staff performance, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. Mandy leads and supports a team of care coordinators and care workers, ensuring that care plans are effectively implemented and tailored to each client’s needs. Mandy acts as the main point of contact for clients and families, resolving concerns and fostering strong relationships.

Anita R.

Anita is responsible for working alongside her Branch Manager, Mandy, in ensuring the smooth running of the branches. Arranging meetings, coordinating, carrying out assessments and reviews, taking on new care packages, and managing staff annual leave are just some of the jobs Anita does in her role.

Anita is also out and about in the community and oversees the care we provide, ensuring that it always meets our high standards.

Anita has worked in Social Care for over 30 years and has vast experience in both Residential and Community settings, preferring to work in the community.

Jaz A.

Jaz is one of the Corsley and Sherborne team Co-ordinators. She is passionate about working in the care industry, coordinating the visits for the Sherborne and surrounding area clients, but also supports with care visits and the on-call team.

Sarak K.

Sarah is one of our coordinators for the Sherborne and Corsley branch. She plays a key role in coordinating care, supporting clients and care teams to ensure safe, consistent and person-centred support.

Sarah has been a care coordinator for nearly 20 years, and can’t imagine doing anything else!

Karen T.

Karen is the Sherborne and Corsley teams’ Office Administrator, and plays a key role in keeping the branch running efficiently, providing reliable, efficient and friendly support to colleagues, clients and their families.

Clair L.

Clair joined Candlelight in 2020 as part of the Home Care team, before moving into the role of a Reablement Support Worker for the D2A service.

Most recently, Clair has progressed into the role of Trainer for our Glastonbury and Corsley area offices. Clair is passionate about supporting our care teams through engaging, high-quality training that builds confidence, knowledge and professional skills.
